This cranberry fruit wine base is ready to go and is made for winemakers who want an easy way to make a five-gallon batch. It’s blended with juice concentrates, natural flavors, and yeast nutrients to support fermentation. Once diluted, it measures 18.9° Brix and ferments to about 10% alcohol.
To use, mix one gallon of the base with four gallons of water, add your yeast, and stir. That’s all it takes—no pH or acid adjustments are needed. Each batch finishes in about 6 to 8 weeks. Made with a blend of apple, pear, cranberry & grape juice concentrates, high fructose corn syrup, water, citric acid, and natural flavors. Shelf-stable for up to two years and doesn’t require refrigeration. No need to strain—everything is already blended and pasteurized.
