Standard shipping rates apply to all orders. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:59 AM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:59 AM EST will ship the following business day (excluding holidays). All domestic orders are shipped through USPS and UPS. Specific shipping methods (Express, Priority, Ground, etc.) may be selected at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on where the shipment is going but generally will arrive within 1-5 business days, given there are no unexpected delays or holidays.
Flat Rates, Limited Promotional Rates, and Free Shipping options are not available for customers outside the contiguous U.S. Orders over $59 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Flat Rates, Limited Promotional Rates, and Free Shipping options are also available for select items. Flat Rates, Limited Promotional Rates, and Free Shipping options are shipped by either USPS or UPS at our discretion.

Fermentaholics does ship internationally. If there are no shipping options available to your location during checkout, that means that we have not set up shipping to your country yet, and you will need to contact us for shipping options. Emails sent after business hours will be answered the next business day. International orders are not eligible for Free Shipping Promotion or Limited Promotional Rates. Large volume orders (over 150 pounds) may be shipped as a pallet load via an LTL (less than truckload) freight carrier. This solution provides you with tracking and confidence that your large order will arrive intact and ready to use. Please contact us for details.
We do accept payment by personal check or money order, but using these payment methods may delay your order. Personal checks and money orders will be held and shipped once payment clears. To determine shipping charges if paying by check or money order, customers can contact us to calculate the total cost, including shipping, and an order number will be provided.
Please include the order number with your payment to prevent delays. The order may not be sent if payment is insufficient to cover pricing and shipping costs.
